Thanks so much for checking out the site. A bit about me:
After writing for Vintage Life magazine for the last three years I have just been appointed the post of Wellness Editor, which is super exciting!
I have a huge passion for everything eco, ethical and sustainable. I am a certified Personal Trainer and I am also a qualified Fitness Nutrition Coach with a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics. I especially love developing plant-based recipes for people to try and I am constantly spamming my Instagram feed with my food! Lol!
I am currently developing several mindful movement classes, which should go live this November.
I have a BA in Communications, specialising in film and television, and I have trained in presenting, comedy, writing, directing, producing and interview techniques at the AFTRS (to name just a few!) and the ATYP in acting.
